Colt, AudioCodes Team to Deliver Microsoft Operator Connect

This week, communications solutions company AudioCodes and network service provider Colt announced a new partnership to deliver Microsoft Operator Connect to Colt calling service customers.

Colt customers can now use the Microsoft Operator to connect Colt’s voice services through the Microsoft Teams administration panel. Additionally, Colt utilized the AudioCodes Live Cloud solution to provide resellers and customers with a multi-tenant, multi-tier portal to manage customer onboarding.

Customers using the Colt’s Microsoft Operator Connect integration will benefit from 24/7 monitoring services backed by AudioCodes. Shared traffic exchange between AudioCodes and Microsoft Azure also ensures reliable connectivity, offering high quality phone service from virtually any connected location.
