NovelVox Joins Avaya DevConnect Partner Program
This week, contact center software developer NovelVox revealed acceptance into the Avaya DevConnect Partner Program. As a member of the program, NovelVox gains access to a wider global customer network, allowing the company to offer its innovative contact center solutions to support growing customer demands.
NovelVox solutions are specifically designed to provide contact center customers with a more personalized experience. In particular, the company’s Agent Accelerator solution allows agents to have complete visibility of customer information, allowing them to provide quicker, accurate service to ensure positive experiences.
