RingCentral And NICE Continue Partnership with Multi-Year Extension

Cloud communications company RingCentral is extending the company’s business partnership with enterprise software developer NICE. The two companies will continue a long term growth strategy, which originated in 2015, to bring RingCentral’s Contact Center platform to new markets across the globe.


As businesses and enterprises look to refresh outdated contact center operations, the two companies intended to claim a major stake in the global market share by providing an array of advanced communications solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In recent years, business clients have focused on buying UCaaS and CCaaS solutions through a single service provider, which initially sparked the genesis of the partnership between RingCentral and NICE.

Combining resources and knowledge, the two cloud leaders fused NICE’s CXone cloud contact center with RingCentral’s cloud Message Video Phone™ (MVP™) platform, giving business clients a complete solution package designed to refine the customer experience.
