Tekie Delivers Message to SMBs

IT service provider Tekie made a plea to small businesses, stating that modernization is the only way to survive in the post-pandemic era.

Tekie itself had to adapt to the abrupt changes to businesses activity by shifting its client base. Prior to the pandemic, the company focused on providing IT services to residential customers across the continental United States. But the high demand for communications services forced the company to shift its business focus, deciding to help small to midsize businesses integrate much needed IT solutions to make it through restrictive working conditions.

Representatives of Tekie firmly believe that the only way that smaller sized businesses will be able to keep up with the massive changes to the workforce is to embrace the latest advances in technology. Cloud capabilities, remote access, advanced security and reliable communications are simply required to survive the new obstacles that have come out of the pandemic.

“We predict that after this pandemic, business work will never be the same,” says Daniel Gagnon, Founder of Tekie. “Even if business goes back to a pre-COVID state, small business owners across the country have realized that legacy IT systems are outdated and lack the flexibility of modern cloud systems. As such, if businesses want to survive in this dramatically changing world, they need to integrate modern technology to stay relevant and engage consumers. ”
