Dialpad Launches Partner Success Portal for Resellers

AI and cloud communications provider Dialpad has announced the release of the Dialpad Partner Success portal, providing the company’s resell partners with an array of tools and features to help foster business growth.

The release comes after a particularly successful year for Dialpad, with the company reporting a 104% increase in growth from Dialpad’s channel sales. Representatives also revealed that it tripled it’s regional channel manager team, and added three new Master Agent Directors. Dialpad also signed partnerships with a number of new businesses like TBI, TCG, Sandler, Tradewinds and MicroCorp, further cementing Dialpad in the global marketplace for cloud communications.


“Our tremendous growth over the past year wouldn’t have been possible without our partners, and we’re thrilled to be able to simplify the selling experience for our calling, conferencing and contact center platform,” commented  Dialpad’s VP of Global Channel Sales, Mike Kane. “The Dialpad Partner Success Portal, built on Allbound, will enable easier deal registration, better tracking of opportunities and accrued revenue, access to sales and marketing materials and the opportunity to dive deeper into Dialpad’s products and features with trainings and certifications.”

The company was recently recognized by Intellisys for it’s yearly achievements with the  “Top Growth % Supplier Award” due to the rapid expansion of the company’s  UCaaS and CCaaS platform. Users will be able to sign up for Dialpad’s Success Portal starting April 6th.
