Comings & Goings: RingCentral Appoints Chief People Officer

RingCentral announced the appointment of Gunjan Aggarwal to the role of Chief People Officer. In her new position, Aggarwal is tasked with furthering organizational effectiveness, diversity, inclusion as well as talent development and acquisition, and of course maintaining the cloud communication provider’s status as a preferred place to work.

The 20-year industry vet will report directly to President and COO Anand Eswaran, and brings with a track record of accomplishment. Coming from information solutions provider RELX Group, a $10 billion company with 30,000 team members where she managed over 400 HR professionals and drove executive and board engagements in inclusions, planning, culture and employee risk mitigation.
