Dialpad Offers Heavily Discounted Business Communication Services for Startups

As a startup itself, Dialpad knows a few things about the process.

“I’ve been lucky enough to be in on the ground floor for three great startups,” blogged Dialpad founder and CEO Craig Walker recently. “The first was acquired by Yahoo!, the second by Google and my current company, Dialpad, is scaling to over $100 m ARR and going after a massive market.”

Dialpad provides a cloud based, AI-powered phone system that supports voice, video, and messages from existing devices. Using Dialpad, companies can move their phone system, conferencing and call center to the cloud, supporting both office-based and mobile workers. Employees are able to work from anywhere and artificial intelligence (AI), a feature of the solution, can help make “every call a smarter call,” according to the company.

Built on the Google Cloud Platform, Dialpad's product suite covers the full range of modern business communications needs with Dialpad Talk, Support, Sell, and UberConference. All products are powered by the company’s “Voice Intelligence (Vi)” proprietary technology designed to help companies gain insight into calls and conversations to improve productivity and employee performance.

Recently, Dialpad launched an initiative to help startups get their businesses off the ground. Dialpad for Startups is a program designed to support emerging companies with free and discounted seats of all Dialpad products. The program will price Dialpad's solutions by tier depending on company size. For the smallest companies, packages start as free and continue with heavy discounts as companies grow (never reaching full price, according to Dialpad). The program also provides free video conferencing with UberConference. To qualify for the program, startups will need to have raised up to and including a Series A.
