VoIP Innovations & Thrio Partner to Drive CX Improvements in the Call Center

In line with this, VoIP Innovations has announced a new partnership with Thrio, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered solutions for the call center.

Together, the companies are providing their solutions to customers to drive better, smoother and more meaningful communications between agents and customers.

VoIP Innovations customers will be able to use Thrio’s customer care and lead generation tools as part of the deal and Thrio’s contact center clients will gain access to VoIP Innovations SIP trunking services. Used for origination and termination, it makes more affordable calling possible and brings VoIP benefits to the call center.
 

Thrio’s offerings help drive automation in the contact center using a one-stop AI-powered CCaaS platform. Customers gain access to inbound and outbound voice engines, a suite of digital channels (email, chat, SMS, social), and tools like situation routing and journey management that all help companies create lasting relationships with their customers.
