Brightlink Launches Virtual PBX

Brightlink unveiled the arrival of a new Virtual PBX solution. The cloud-based platform is customizable, with the capability to support from 20 to 20,000 users. Channel partners can put the self-branded virtual PBX in product portfolios.
As for features, the solution allows for the management of multiple customers via one web-based UI offerings customers with a completely branded solution. Users gain access to full-featured unified communications in the palm of their hand through IOS and Android apps. The platform provides SMS, chat and WebRTC. Partners can sell this fully customizable solution without any hardware purchases, installations, carrier contracts or hosting fees. Not only that, but direct access to the Brightlink global network is also included in the solution, giving our partners access to Brightlink numbers and resources in over 70 countries," comments Joe White, Chief Technology Officer of Brightlink.
