VirtualPBX Adds ACD Queues to Dash

For large enterprises and call centers it is imperative that calls are routed to the proper team member. In the contact center, for instance, there may be a team of 100 agents ready and willing to address customer queries but each possess strengths in certain areas. This makes it mission critical to deploy an ACD solution capable of handling the volume and optimizing the distribution of calls.

Today, VirtualPBX announced the arrival of ACD Queues as the newest enhancement for its Dash business VoIP solution. VirtualPBX released similar features in the past, but today’s release contains a few key improvements.

“Offering ACD Queues on Dash is huge because it was one of the very few features that Dash didn’t have,” said Lon Baker, VirtualPBX’s COO, “We’ve never lost focus on preserving cost competitiveness in our industry and now departmental queues create a feature parity for Dash unlike any feature before it.”

The ACD Queues management interface is an improvement from similar product iterations, as it seamlessly becomes part of the user-friendly Dash interface. As part of the Dash interface, management can be done with an internet or data connect regardless of physical location, and another nice enhancement is new queue monitoring view keeping all pertinent metrics and data front and center for management.

ACD Queues are available now for all Dash Basic, Pro and Unlimited plans.
