Natterbox Partners with ISM

Cloud telephony provider Natterbox addresses all of the above with its Salesforce-integrated phone systems solutions.

Because Natterbox is delivered as a feature of Salesforce systems, call center workers and other customer-facing employees are presented with available customer information through a single platform. Natterbox explains that provides them with “a personal cheat sheet” that shows them what products the caller is interested in, where they’re based, if they’re had any particular service challenges, and other relevant details.

That enhances the value of the business user’s Salesforce platform. And it can improve the effectiveness of its contact center efforts.

The Natterbox-powered contact centers are fast and easy to create and deploy, the company says. In fact, the company won the Salesforce Demo Jam twice, designing a contact center in three minutes.

In a recent Commstrade article at the Down Under Dreaming: Sydney event, Natterbox showed how that could be done. Company leadership “invited a member of the audience to use their mobile phone to text their name into Salesforce, and each audience volunteer received a text message confirming them as a contact center agent.” Natterbox then “created a brand new phone number allowing customers to call the Natterbox contact center, where they were placed into a live queue and routed through the Natterbox WebRTC phone in Salesforce. The call was then distributed to the volunteer audience, who received personalized calls that addressed them by name.”

Seven-year-old Natterbox also recently announced a partnership with the Institute of Sales Management. The networking and professional development organization provides sales people with tools and training to develop and expand their skills.
