GreenKey App Makes Mobile Collaboration Easy

There’s no question that today’s workforce is growing increasingly mobile. GreenKey recognizes this need, and is addressing it with their new mobile application for iOS and Android devices.

GreenKey provides comprehensive voice workspace environments for firms involved in the financial markets.  The company’s patented software turret functionality, encrypted global VoIP network and searchable speech-to-text files work to make voice communication easier, smarter and more cost-effective. With the launch of their new app, the company is looking to bring these benefits to mobile workers so that they can easily collaborate wherever they are.

The new app will offer full integration with GreenKey’s software and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network, as well as with existing turrets (lines and hardware). One of the concerns surrounding mobile work is security, but the app takes care of this issue while ensuring that all necessary functions still work efficiently. Some of these features include intercom connections with push-to-talk functionality, along with the ability to place outbound or accept incoming calls with full recording capability and transcription. Essentially, employees will have all the technological benefits of working in the office, but on the go.

The company expects seamless integration and does not foresee any problems with legacy systems. The app will support integration with existing legacy hard turrets through the use of the GreenKey Voice Gateway, meaning that users will be able to get ‘On-Net’ with contact still using legacy hardware and lines.
