Free Samples: VirtualPBX Offers a New Trial Period for Potential Dash Users

Dash is already known in the field as the “first truly user-oriented and friendly VoIP platform,” but for those who haven't already been putting this system to use, the claims might easily seem like so much over-inflated marketing weasel-speak. Dash's makers, VirtualPBX, may have seen this coming and are offering one of the greatest countermeasures around for such doubts: a free trial period.

Those interested in seeing how well the Dash voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) platform will work in current operations will now have the chance to do exactly that, as users will be able to try the platform out for two weeks—or for 300 minutes of talk time, whichever comes first—without cost or obligation. There's also no limit on users, so even if an organization has 300 people in it, all 300 can try the program out for just one minute each.

Users can establish extensions, set up profile information, and get a handle on the overall interface in rapid fashion. Better yet, this isn't a deliberately crippled demo; all the features are on hand and fully active, allowing users to get the truest possible look at just what Dash can do for users.

VirtualPBX's chief operating officer, Lon Baker, commented, “We built Dash to be the ultimate system for business because we built it from the data we got from our customers, their use habits, needs, and feedback. Now that Dash has been recognized as the wonderful product that it is, this free trial period will help more people try it out for themselves. We obviously are honored by all the praise that Dash has garnered in such a short period, but we wouldn't want people to just take our words for it. Now with Dash's free trial, they don't have to.”

Testimonials and the efforts of influencer marketing can only go so far, since these are often third-parties who have tried a product and relate their experiences. It has that insular quality to it that makes it less than perfectly effective. A free trial, on the other hand, allows users to actually experience that product without obligation or cost, and see firsthand just what goes into it, and how likely it is to work under current conditions. That first-hand experience will win over some people that would never be brought around by a third party talking it up.

VirtualPBX's introduction of a trial period of Dash should pay off in increased sales. There's little downside to offering a service for free for a little while, and the chances of users finding the service indispensable—and paying for it—after using it for a while is greater than just trying to talk a prospect into it with a few fancy words. This should result in greater sales, and it shouldn't take more than a few trial periods to see these materialize.
