Nextiva Channel Program Director Ira Feuerstein Recognized as 2016 CRN Channel Chief

Service providers in the ICT sector rely greatly on their channel partners to make their products and services available to a wider customer base. Managing these partners effectively and providing the right incentives requires knowing the market place and understanding what it needs. It is therefore essential to have the talent in place capable of bringing the many different parts together so the channel partners can thrive.

Nextiva, an industry-leading cloud-based communications provider, just announced Ira Feuerstein, the company's director of North America channel program was recognized by CRN as part of the 2016 Channel Chiefs.

The CRN editorial staff makes the selection to its Channel Chief honorees based on their professional achievement and strategies they developed for driving future growth and innovation in the channel partner community. According to CRN, the chosen individuals consistently promoted, defended and executed exceptional channel partner programs with loyalty and ongoing support.

As reported by Nextiva, Feuerstein was responsible for building the company channel program from the ground up. His vision has resulted in growing the number of top producing partners in the U.S. to more than 800 in just two and a half years. He was able to achieve these numbers by implementing product education with a Partner Learning Portal that provides valuable resources.

The portal provides training videos, webinars, presentations, marketing materials and more. These efforts, as well as meeting and hosting roadshow events to increase awareness of Nextiva’s channel program across the country has grown the number of channel managers Nextiva employs by 75 percent. The Nextiva partner community has grown by over 100 percent in the past year alone.
