FracTEL's Cloud PBX Solution Supported by Substantial New Funding

FracTEL, a provider of cloud-based telecommunications systems, provides a fully-featured business communications system ideal for businesses of all sizes that is easy to deploy and manage. The company recently announced that it has signed a deal with an as-yet-unnamed investment bank in Chicago to receive $3 million in convertible debt financing. According to FracTEL, the funds will be directed internally and used to encourage growth through high-velocity inside sales. One of the largest components of this is the development of a comprehensive inbound marketing campaign, which will support the company’s innovative Cloud PBX system and associated services. FracTEL also reportedly closed on the first planned funding of $500,000 in a series of scheduled moves under the offering.

FracTEL integrates telecommunications with other technologies in order to enable full hyperscale deployment of cloud-based business PBX services and Tele-apps. In turn, organizations are able to approach communications and business processes from a holistic perspective and ensure maximum efficiency. Furthermore, the company’s platform can integrate with other IT systems to facilitate seamless operations.
