CSG to Serve as an 8x8 Channel Partner for Asia Pacific

According to a recent report released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Asia Pacific region is projected to remain the global growth leader over the medium term. With growth rates hovering around two percent or less in the U.S. and Europe, as a whole the Asia Pacific region is expected to hold steady at 5.6 percent in 2015 and to ease slightly to 5.5 percent in 2016. This presents many new opportunities for companies, and 8x8, provider of cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions, has entered into a partnership with CSG to increase its presence in the region.


As two of the most developed and stable economies in the Asia Pacific region, Australia and New Zealand give 8x8 an informed customer base that can use its technology. With CSG, a business technology and communications solutions specialist in both countries, 8x8 will have access to a national service network supporting more than 15,000 customers.

The CGS footprint includes offices in every capital city delivering a full spectrum of technology products and solutions from many different vendors. It will now have access to the entire portfolio of 8x8 enterprise cloud communications solutions.

The service comes with a national support to ensure seamless adoption of the technology along with an easy to deploy solution that is pre-configured to suit any budget.  Sold “as a service”, the cloud solution can be scaled to address organizations of any size by adapting to their needs as they expand or contract.
