Today’s global marketplace requires technologies that are able to scale without limitations to address growth opportunities. That is because customers are no longer restricted by geography when they are looking to purchase a product or service. Using any computing device with a Web portal, consumers can reach out to businesses in faraway places. This means businesses also have to do the same by ensuring they are available to anyone no matter where they are. One way of doing this is by using hosted communications solutions that don’t have the limitations of traditional on premises infrastructures. Carrier Worxs, a cloud IT, data center and telecommunications solutions provider, is adding hosted PBX to its Internet selection service to make this possible.

The company announced it is partnering with local and national hosted PBX and cloud service vendors so it can provide its clients with more communications options. According to this new arrangement, Carrier Worxs will be adding hosted PBX and cloud IT assessment to its Vendor and Provider Selection Service to businesses in the Houston, Harris County, Dallas, and Austin areas.

Compared to on-premises PBX systems, hosted solutions deliver greater flexibility to scale, agility to introduce new technologies and integrate mobility with lower capital and operational expenditures. The company looks to offer all of these options to a segment it says is underserved in the areas it outlined. Small to medium-size businesses will now have access to enterprise grade communication solutions from local or national providers that have been vetted by Carrier Worxs to provide the best service for its clients.

“It is a win-win situation for both client and Carrier Worxs,” said John Brady, Managing Partner.

Carrier Worxs is an independent telecommunications consulting firm delivering services to maximize the communication resources of the companies it represents. The company serves as a liaison between all major service providers and its clients to negotiate the complexities of choosing the right telecom and IT services. Its area of expertise include: Internet and fiber, voice services, SIP and hosted PBX, colocation, cloud and more.

In the past, the vast majority of small business lacked the resources to implement technologies available to large organizations. With the introduction of cloud technology and hosted solutions, the smallest of businesses can now afford enterprise grade services. This has opened more opportunities and made companies more efficient across the board. By adding hosted PBX and cloud IT assessment, Carrier Worxs will give small businesses in Texas the opportunity to compete with local, national or even international companies.
