Aida Direct in Pact with TelOnline to Integrate Virtual PBX with CRM for Call Center
Unified communications solutions like a virtual PBX, predictive dialer and other hosted communications have created a revolution in the enterprise communications arena.
Recently Aida Direct, a hybrid marketing agency specializing in demand generation and customer acquisition programs, revealed it has been selected by TelOnline to implement customized telecommunications solutions that integrate between a virtual PBX and customer relationship management (CRM) for Aida Direct call centers.
The PBX functionality allows small and medium-sized business to have a cutting-edge telephone system in place that does not require any additional hardware of telephone equipment. The solution also offers a high degree of flexibility so businesses can scale it to meet their growing organizational needs. Further, the geographical flexibility of the solution allows employees to work across different regions and countries with a virtual office phone system in place.
Key features of the solution include call queuing, caller ID, voicemail to e-mail, simultaneous ring, automated greeting, calling logs and much more. The solution is easy to set up and deploy compared to a traditional telephone system.
Additionally, Customer Relationship management (CRM) solutions provide businesses with tools to easily organize and track people, companies, and sales opportunities. It matches incoming or outgoing calls with data in a customer’s CRM system to automatically track call history and/or display critical information.
The CRM solution enables businesses to drive revenue by measuring and increasing marketing campaign ROI, streamline unique processes including customizing tasks, alerts, modules and fields and assists sales team in managing leads and sending proposals.
“TelOnline was able to provide a solution that was easy to customize to meet our changing needs. We also get the professional support we need whenever we want,” said Aida Direct Data Manager Stefanny Florez Valenzuela, in a statement.
