Matrix IP-PBX Now Interoperable with Polycom IP Phones

On the other hand, Polycom IP-Phones embed rich features, security protocols and support for range of voice codecs. The open-standard SIP protocol support makes it suitable for interoperability with SIP proxies, gateways and various models/makes of IP-Phones. It also offers benefits of reduced communication costs, seamless connectivity and simplified management even to remote users and geographically dispersed branches. The completion of interoperability testing is yet another achievement for Matrix Comsec which is a versatile designer and manufacturer of Telecom and Security products which are marketed in more than 50 countries. Matrix has recently inaugurated its new Research and Development (R&D) centre in Vadodara, India.
