UniPress Software: Viva Las Vegas!

UniPress Software announced its second annual FootPrints user conference, a week long forum designed to help providers learn up to the minute help desk and customer service automation.

The FootPrints User Conference kicks off on September 25 in Las Vegas, Nevada and offers an interactive forum for FootPrints customers to learn and exchange help desk and customer service best practices, technologies, and deployments of the FootPrints product line.

After last years event, we are greatly anticipating this years FootPrints User Conference, said Jesse Medina, IT Manager at Capital Title Agency, and attendee of the 2004 event. The conference provides a great forum for networking and enables FootPrints customers to see new and innovative uses of the product. It is really a great opportunity for all FootPrints customers to come together and share their experiences.

An optional post-conference training course will be offered from September 29 October 1. The two different three-day best practices courses are designed to provide help desk managers with the knowledge necessary to master strategic and tactical aspects of support center management and to prepare them for the HDI certification test. For all IT service managers, an intensive three-day workshop will be provided on ITIL fundamentals to learn the processes and solutions related to IT services.
