TPx Takes Wraps Off Hybrid UC Solution

MSP TPx announced the arrival of UCx SmartVoice, a SIP trunking solution to enables organizations to deploy an advanced communications solution while keeping their legacy PBX in place. The hybrid UC solution allows a firm a smooth migration from on-premises to cloud-based communications.

The newly unveiled solution sends PBX voice traffic over a firm’s data connection, introducing future-forward VoIP features like extension dialing between sites, bundled usage and support for remote teams. As communication patterns bounce up and down, the platform empowers dynamic bandwidth allocation between data and voice.

UCx SmartVoice comes as a component of the UCx platform, boasting the ability to overlay UC tools like IM, conferencing, mobile calling, etc. within the SIP environment, delivering the power of modern communications with minimal headaches and maximum results.
