Dialpad Answers EMEA Cloud Communications Demand

Cloud communications services have taken over the globe. For businesses of all sizes, the ability to scale as needed and gain access to innovative new communications tools is key to the move.

In Europe, businesses have already begun to make the move and there is an increasing demand for cloud communications services in the region.

To claim its stake in the market and set-up a permanent place for channel partners to call home, Dialpad has announced the opening of a new office in London focused specifically on growing its channel throughout EMEA.

Dialpad’s cloud business communications offerings are AI driven and run on the company's Voice Intelligence (Vi) technology to provide companies with everything they need for team collaboration, sales enablement and customer support.


The company said it plans to be up and running for direct sales and self-service sign-ups on EMEA by August.

The new office will also come with a new channel sales leadership team and new partnerships with ScanSource and Avant.

New Channel Managers at the London office include the appointment of Jeremy Slater as Sales and Indirect Partnerships manager. He previously worked at BlueJeans. Also joining the London team is Russel Bigg who will be responsible for building out the company's Europe partner program. He previously held roles at Pexip and West Corporation.

This latest move for global expansion of its services comes at a perfect time for the company which have witnessed lots of growth over the last few years. In 2018, the company said it witnessed 89 percent channel revenue growth and 358 percent new channel customer growth also participants of its indirect sales channel program reported over 450% increase in revenue.
