Ireland's IP Telecom to Provide Radius Technologies with Business VoIP

Radius Technologies is a leading provider of specialized business network solutions, phone systems, IT services and help desk support in Ireland. Since it was established in 1996, the company has been serving everyone from small and medium-size companies to large multinationals and public organizations. In order to address the communications needs of its continual growth and that of its customers, the company has entered into a three-year deal with IP Telecom for business VoIP, wholesale voice traffic, SIP trunking and hosted PBX platforms worth €1.5 million or $1.622 million.

Radius Technologies makes its engineers and support staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and without the right communications solutions its customers will not be able to access the resources they need. With the new deal, IP Telecom is going to provide the company with the business VoIP platform that will make its employees available on desk phones, computers and smart phones at all times. Additionally, Radius is going to be able to provide telephony services for its customers that will include number portability and international reach.

The SIP features and functionality the company provides integrate VoIP telephony for multi-device connectivity bringing together mobile, PC, tablet and desk phones with VoIP apps for all around availability.
