Today's call centers have been simplified and are more efficient with technology, but it can also be argued they are much more complex. The complexity is primarily due to the many different touch points call centers must integrate in order to interact with customers.  Email, video chat, SMS and social media all have to be available options. ClickPoint Software and Nextiva have come together to provide a turnkey inbound call center software which will deliver business VoIP features to improve the performance of salespeople and marketing campaigns.

ClickPoint is going to bring in Nextiva's cloud communications tool to provide business VoIP features such as transfer calls, display inbound calls, capture call information and talk time so sales teams and departments can be more efficient and using the information for a more successful marketing campaign.

According to ClickPoint, this is part of the company's drive to help sales teams generate more revenue from sales prospects and leads by integrating best-of-breed solutions with a more intelligent inbound call center software. In choosing Nextiva’s cloud communication solution, the company said it will be able to improve the customer experience while making sales teams and call centers more efficient.

The business VoIP like features are made possible with Nextiva’s cloud communication, which has been designed to simplify the way businesses communicate. The cloud-based platform the company provides gave ClickPoint the ability to bring two tools together into a sales generating machine, this according to the company.

"We had tried other phone solution providers and we simply found their technology and their service to be insufficient…This was paramount to the success of the implementation. We launched several high profile clients and they all expressed that the implementation of Nextiva was one of the easiest they had ever experienced. This is a true partnership, not just an integration," said Gabriel Buck, CEO of ClickPoint Software.

ClickPoint Software is also cloud-based, and the sales lead software is designed to simplify the sales process for teams and managers. The combination of Nextiva's cloud communications has been seamless, according to the company, and it attributes the success of its platform as a result of its integration with Nextiva’s communication and telephony solution.
