3CX Joins Forces with TechSitters

3CX, a developer of a new software-based Unified Communications (UC) system, announced today that they are joining forces with TechSitters, a U.S.-based VoIP provider. The announcement comes after the completion of the 3CX interoperability testing by TechSitters.


TechSitters’ services include SIP trunking, hosted 3CX PBX, installed 3CX PBX, Fax over IP (FoIP), managed security, telecom consulting and related services and hardware. So it makes sense that 3CX, a software-based UC system developer, would want to team up with the company. UC is currently booming in North America, with the market expected to grow at a Calculated Annual Growth Rate of 13 percent to 2018, and both companies are looking to benefit from this trend.

Both TechSitters and 3CX will reap the benefits from this partnership. TechSitters’ business customers will gain the benefit of leveraging 3CX’s innovative and open standards-based communications technology with TechSitters’ service and support.

Meanwhile, 3CX will be able to extend its reach in the U.S. market, allowing them to provide their communications services to more businesses across the country than ever before.

Kyle Asbury, U.S. sales manager at 3CX said: “We are pleased to have successfully completed the interoperability testing between TechSitters and 3CX. TechSitters is an experienced and skilled VoIP Provider, one that offers a broad range of solutions to its clients. Our partnership with TechSitters expands the market for 3CX's Unified Communications technology to TechSitters' important network of business customers.”

Don Annas, president/CEO of TechSitters also showed excitement regarding the new partnership, saying, “TechSitters is excited to formally partner with 3CX to provide installed and hosted PBX solutions. This partnership affords our clients the unique flexibility and reliability of a custom, tailored solution not available with traditional canned offerings.”

TechSitters has a variety of clients across both the private and public sectors, and 3CX has 50,000 customers worldwide, including Boeing, McDonald's, Hugo Boss, Ramada Plaza Antwerp, Harley Davidson, Wilson Sporting Goods and Pepsi.
