Voicebuy, a wholesale VoIP and SIP provider, has announced that it is releasing a suite of small-and-medium business VoIP solutions.

“Voicebuy is the forerunner in offering Unified Communication services, Cloud PBX system, Direct Inward Dialing and related network capacity for enterprise customers over IP globally,” a company statement said.

The new tools include Direct Inward Dial (DID), IP PBX, mobile dialer, calling card, call back and pinless dialing.

DID allows VoIP customers to be able to take calls from outside using local phone numbers without having to get a separate connection to the PSTN. They can locate numbers outside of their physical location in distant cities.

Even better, individual employees can have their own numbers without having to run new connections to them.

This feature is especially useful for businesses as these numbers will be local calls to other parties. This can save businesses a lot of money on long distance fees.

Voicebuy’s users can change their DID numbers and subscription details from a Web-based interface, as well as configure voicemail, extensions and subscription information.

The company has also introduced a mobile dialer that lets users place calls on Wi-Fi as well as 4G, 3G and even 2G networks reliably. Small businesses, especially with employees that move around a lot such as repair workers, will find the mobility features useful.

Voicebuy has also introduced free virtual hosted PBX services, including call forwarding, call parking an intercom services

The array of new features is Voicebuy giving customers what they want. What a lot of small businesses want is cheaper calling without the headaches of installing PBX systems. They’re going with hosted PBX systems that live in the cloud and can set up new employees with a phone line in just a few clicks.

Small businesses have gone for VoIP in a big way. The hardware and software is already significantly cheaper than traditional business telephony, and making calls through the Internet allows them to avoid taxes and tariffs on calls.
