Nextiva, a provider of cloud-based, VoIP business communication services, recently expanded its executive leadership team by appointing Ira Feuerstein as director of the North American channel and strategic partner program.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the Nextiva management team and contribute to the company’s next chapter in its success story,” said Feuerstein.
Feuerstein holds over 15 years of partner program experience. In his new role as director of North American partner program, he will offer an innovative and disruptive approach to the channel market, by focusing on telecommunications master agents as well as technical and managed service providers.
Officials said that he will also bring programs to life and convert referral and reseller agents into high performing trusted advisors for growing organizations across the country.
Furthermore, he will be heading the Amazing Channel Program for agents who are interested in being a part of a unique and rewarding community that represents the cloud communications and collaboration world.
“Ira is joining Nextiva at a very exciting time in our company development and growth,” states Tomas Gorny, Nextiva founder and CEO of Unitedweb. “We are rapidly evolving our product and service portfolio with collaboration and simplification tools that advance companies’ communication abilities, both internally and with their customers. Part of that expansion is the Amazing Channel Program that Ira has been brought on board to lead, and we are looking forward to his innovative approach in this area of the business.”
Prior to joining Nextiva, Feuerstein was the director of channel sales at SimpleSignal (News - Alert). Here, he was responsible for master agent accounts that served 100-1,000 seat companies.
Before that, he worked as the national sales and channel director at C3IP (News - Alert) Communications, where he focused on serving the SMB market.
In September, TMC recognized Nextiva with the prestigious Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award.
