Webinar - How MSPs Can Deliver Cloud-Based Solutions for Small Business Customers

Much of the world is moving to the cloud, and it’s no mystery as to why.

The multitenant aspect of the cloud means multiple people and businesses can share network resources and as a result benefit from economies of scale. And embracing the cloud means businesses that once had to license software and run it on their own in-house hardware, and manage and invest in that on-premises hardware and software on an ongoing basis, can now hand off much of that responsibility to cloud solutions providers.

Easy, right?

While the cloud can help simplify matters for businesses, how to best approach cloud and delivering services based on this new business model can be a significant challenge for managed service providers and channel partner. But these solutions providers have very little choice but to move forward with cloud strategies, as that’s clearly where the market is going.

So managed service providers, as well as agents, distributors, and value-added resellers, that are looking for affordable, customizable, and reliable solutions to help their small business customers move their databases to the cloud need to figure out the best options to do that.

“When you’re looking for a cloud database provider, you’re not only willing to take off the heavy load of administration,” Sadissa Babeni noted in a recent SherWeb blog. “You also want to keep or improve the performance and security of your databases. In addition, you want to benefit from the flexibility and scalability of cloud services to handle cost and capacity issues, and high availability. Choosing the right provider is key to a successful experience in the cloud.”

To learn more about what’s possible on that front, agents, distributors, MSPs, and VARs may be interested to learn about the upcoming webinar called “New for the Small Business: Highly Available, Affordable Cloud Databases”. The webinar will take place Dec. 1 at 2 p.m. Eastern, and it’s sponsored by SherWeb, a company on which more than 25,000 businesses and 4,000 partners in more than 100 countries rely for cloud services such as cloud databases, hosted Exchange, Office 365, and more.
