Webinar - Bay Bridge Decision Technologies Sponsoring Webinar: Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis for Complex Contact Center Operations


Bay Bridge Decision Technologies, a provider of customer contact channel strategic and capacity planning solutions, will be hosting a webinar titled ‘Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis for Complex Contact Center Operations’ for the first session in a three—part series.




Series 1 will take place on Thursday, May 19, at 2:00pm EST 11:00am PST. The session, called,\ ‘Forecasting and Planning with Significant Uncertainty and Planning for Unforeseen Events,’ will discuss various analytic methods that can be utilized to look at forecast risk and methods for planning for unknown events. Although forecasting is not always a definitive action, planning for what may happen can help to come to an important solution quickly.

Speakers include Ric Kosiba, president of Bay Bridge (News - Alert) Decision Technologies and Patrick Barnard, senior web editor at TMC (News - Alert).

Session 2 will take place Thursday, June 23, at 2:00pm EST 11:00am PST. Laura Dillon from TD Bank Financial Group will be speaking about a variety of concerns in business regarding recruitment and learning and development, and the opportunities that have transformed TD’s long-term plans. A main focus of this session includes how technology has helped growth in performance and output at TD Bank, and has helped the level of excellence meet the demand. Laura will also expand upon her experiences with creating ‘what if’ scenarios, influencing change around staffing strategies, developing team management support and strengthening partner relationships.

Other featured speakers slated to offer their expertise during this session include Ric Kosiba, president of Bay Bridge Decision Technologies and Patrick Barnard, senior web editor at TMC.

Session 3 will take place on Thursday, November 17, at 2:00pm EST 11:00am PST and will be called ‘True Staff Optimization.’ Methods for developing staff plans will be heavily focused upon.

Speakers once again include Ric Kosiba, president of Bay Bridge Decision Technologies and Patrick Barnard, senior web editor at TMC.
