Accountant, consultant and entrepreneur, Robert Dumas is a nationally recognized expert on telecommunications taxation and a frequent speaker on the subjects of transaction tax, business process outsourcing and sales tax compliance.

Robert began his public accounting career on the tax staff at Arthur Young & Co., After stints with Grant Thornton and BellSouth, Robert founded Tax Partners, which became the largest sales tax compliance service bureau in the country. After the sale of Tax Partners to Thomson Reuters, Robert founded TaxConnex, America’s leading independent sales and use tax outsourcing and consulting firm.

Robert is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Accountancy with a tax emphasis.
