Bob Krohn is a Partner and Healthcare Practice Lead at ISG. He has an extensive background in business process optimization, organizational design and execution including the direct oversight of numerous outsourcing contract negotiations. His background also includes the design, implementation and subsequent management of operations of ERP solutions and the management of large Information Technology infrastructure organizations.

Bob was named Healthcare Practice Lead effective January 2015, and since that time, the Healthcare Practice at ISG has more than doubled in size. In 2015 and 2016, Bob has presided over numerous successful engagements that have resulted in an almost perfect customer satisfaction rating. Bob has demonstrated his ability to utilize his vast experience in multiple industries to benefit ISG's Healthcare clients. Bob participated in the negotiation of the services agreement on multiple Healthcare transactions that included all Application Delivery and Maintenance and Infrastructure Domains.  Bob also provided oversight for multiple IT Sourcing Assessment and Design projects where ISG successfully performed current state assessments, developed a set of service delivery scenarios, and provided a recommendations on sourcing alternatives including a roadmap and actionable plans for the realization of these recommendations.
