Theresa Larkin is Senior Product Manager for Mitel's flagship cloud communications and collaboration solution, MiCloud Connect. Starting her telecom career in the on-premises days, she has been heavily involved in the shift from on-premises to VoIP to collaboration. Prior to working for Mitel, she was the Sr. Product Manager at ShoreTel. There she was in charge of key product initiatives such as multi-point video, team collaboration and SMS. A firm believer that everyone should work smarter, not harder, makes Theresa is a big advocate for collaboration solutions.
