Dr. Michael Wallbaum joined Voipfuture as Director of Product Marketing in 2010. His main role is to shape Voipfuture's cutting-edge technology for voice service analytics. Michael also supports Voipfuture's global sales activities and helps customers to optimize service management and operations.

Michael is an acknowledged expert with 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunications and voice over IP. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, where he has contributed to research in the field of mobile data communications and indoor localization of mobile devices. Michael is author of numerous publications and holds several patents.
