Jim holds product line management responsibility for the EM and MC series modules, targeting the PC OEM and IoT networking/routing segments. He joined the company in 2005, and has worked on a number of programs including launching the company's first USB modem, where he was awarded two design patents. Throughout his career, Jim has been based in Japan, the US and Canada. He has over 25 years of experience in wireless technologies, M2M and mobile computing from when he was working for Palm Inc., Symantec and Cybermedia.
