Feliciano joined Sparkle in March 2017 as Product Manager, dealing with product management of roaming and mobile services, primarily focused on major functionality enhancements of existing and on new solutions by leading the requirements gathering process, consolidating inputs from all internal/external sources to inform product roadmap planning.

He is involved in studying mobile solutions evolution and recommend/implement product changes necessary to fulfil the company vision and strategy.

Previously he worked in the Engineering Mobile Department in TIM, as Network Engineer, in charge of testing and implementation of International Roaming services within GSM, GPRS, UMTS and LTE networks and of solution design for Roaming Architectures.
