Fabrice Della Mea joined RingCentral in 2018 as Director of Product Management Contact Center and moved to Product Marketing in 2020. Prior to RingCentral, Mr. Della Mea was VP of Product Management at LiveVox, a cloud Contact Center company, for 4 years, where he run the Product Management team together with the pricing strategy. Prior to joining LiveVox, Mr. Della Mea was Director of Product Management for Unified Communication solutions at Cisco and managed the Cisco Jabber portfolio. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Della Mea was Senior Director of Product Management for Voice Self-Service, VoIP and Media Layer (PBXs integration) products at Genesys.

Mr. Della Mea holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and dual Masters degrees in Mobile Telecommunications from Telecom ParisTech and Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris.
