Ms. Blanchard manages an array of projects with the fast growing Schweiger Dermatology Group - the 4th largest dermatology group in the country. She designs systems and processes that are implemented throughout the organization's 50 medical offices that support growth while remaining true to the company's mission to provide The Ultimate Patient Experience.

Working closely with Schweiger Dermatology Group's VP of Operations, Ms. Blanchard implemented a new NPS workflow within Schweiger Dermatology Group to better obtain and leverage real-time customer feedback. With the help of her processes, the company's NPS increased by 8.6 points in 2018, online reviews doubled, and customer feedback data is widely shared and understood throughout the company.
