ITEXPO Sponsor AVANT is Improving Pathfinder 2.0 for Trusted Advisors

By Alex Passett October 03, 2023

“The velocity of innovation today,” writes AVANT, a platform for IT decision-making and premier next-gen technologies, “is driving equally rapid, dynamic evolutions within the IT marketplace.”

Of this, AVANT is certain.

We agree.

AVANT has more than a decade of experience under its belt. What is its mission? Smartly build its platform to aid others as they navigate the relentless pace of change, specifically for hard-working Trusted Advisors and their customers, thus enabling profound business transformations. AVANT is well-aware of how IT departments rely on Trusted Advisors to help manage change and roadmap the future; part and parcel with that comes how they leverage real-time data and invaluable analytics to progress.

That is why AVANT is debuting “significant improvements” to Pathfinder 2.0 (P2) this week at the sixth annual Special Forces Summit, held in Arizona. (More details here.)

With P2 and the AVANT Analytics engine, Trusted Advisors can tap into vendor data (in many cases, data that isn’t available elsewhere). According to the announcement, “Year after year of extensive data accumulation by AVANT and Trusted Advisors have created dependable and authenticated vendor ratings of verified sales across key sectors” (e.g. cybersecurity, CCaaS/UCaaS, cloud, connectivity in general, etc.).

Additional context:

P2 is essential for enabling Trusted Advisors to engage directly with AVANT’s sales and back-office resources, i.e. for faster and more efficient sales cycles. Moreover, new to P2 is a commission inquiry section where Trusted Advisors can open a new inquiry, drag and drop files, submit commission questions and more. There have also been significant expansions to the provider portfolio within P2 for more intuitive and customer-ready experiences for Trusted Advisors. (The portfolio supports quick filtering, vendor location, and more for Trusted Advisors, on top of contact details, marketing content, analytics from surveys, and tools for quote generation.)

“Pathfinder 2.0 is fundamentally changing the way Trusted Advisors interact with AVANT’s experts, from accelerating time to closed sales, booking revenue for faster commission processing, and engaging with pre- and post-sale back-office resources,” said Alex Danyluk (News - Alert), Managing Director, AVANT Analytics. “The new capabilities are the next steps in enabling a more connected experience with the industry’s best experts.”

“Pathfinder 2.0 is a resource that empowers our team to engage in productive and knowledgeable discussions pertaining to the latest developments and trends within the industry,” said Alex Stanich, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Packet Fusion. “Offering a comprehensive and current understanding of the market, it allows us to provide the most informed and valuable insights to our clients.”

AVANT is a Diamond sponsor of ITEXPO 2024. For the latest in business communications and technology tools, solutions, and strategies that are reshaping how businesses operate and communicate, join the conversation at ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2024, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 13-15, 2024.
