TelcoBridges Brings in ERP Expertise

By Greg Tavarez January 30, 2023

IP communications systems are critical to business and consumer communications. However, they require a comprehensive security solution to thwart attacks by fraudsters, trolls and hackers. Session border controller, or a network function that sits between two SIP networks at the network border, manages the risks of extortion, intrusion and theft of services.

TelcoBridges, a designer and manufacturer of carrier-grade telecommunications software and hardware including SBCs, strives to continuously provide a high standard of stability, reliability and integrity.

Deployed in more than 100 countries worldwide, TelcoBridges (News - Alert) has assisted the likes of Hong Kong Telecom to transform its network, Paratus Telecom to build its new voice network, and Aircall to grow the phone system for modern businesses.

TelcoBridges looks to further enhance its ERP and supply chain management capabilities and plans to do so with the promotion of Alexandre Nadeau to Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Nadeau leads the R&D, production and administrative teams at TelcoBridges.

Nadeau comes to TelcoBridges from Coval Distribution, where he was its Director of Operations. Nadeau oversaw various activities including customer service, product development and information technology, which is where he supervised the implementation of Coval Distribution’s Odoo ERP system.

Nadeau, with his strategic planning, customer service and process improvement experience (as well as the alignment of several items) says this is the perfect time to join TelcoBridges.

“The company has a tremendous reputation for highly engineered products that meet the needs of service providers and enterprise companies around the globe,” said Nadeau. “I'm particularly impressed with TelcoBridges' management team, and I think my skill set fits perfectly with TelcoBridges' needs."

Nadeau is expected to work out of TelcoBridges' office in Boucherville/Montreal.

TelcoBridges will exhibit at ITEXPO in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Feb. 14-17, 2023. #TECHSUPERSHOW includes nearly a dozen collocated business technology events that bring buyers, users, sellers and partners together under one roof to educate and build business relationships around the technologies driving business success today. TelcoBridges will be in Booth #453.
