Sangoma Technologies Corporation, a provider of cloud-based CaaS solutions for companies of all sizes, announced that it ranked number one in a Customer Satisfaction survey by the Eastern Management (News - Alert) Group. This is the 3rd year in a row that the company has been awarded this placement.
The recognition is a testament to the company’s commitment to delivering a complete set of cloud communications services and deployment options as well as top level customer service.
The report surveyed over 5,000 IT managers using UC systems to understand their experiences with the systems. This included evaluations of 44 Premises and Hosted UC companies ranking them in the following categories: Product, Vendor Experience, and Customer Delight. Criteria of measurement in each category ranged from reliability to management tools, support, purchase experience and overall satisfaction - among others.
