Unified Office recently revealed that the Total Connect Now(TCN) platform will be utilized by a number of Rana Management’s automotive dealerships in New York and New Jersey.
Due to the highly competitive nature of the automotive industry, dealerships are often searching for new methods to stand out among the competition. Rana Management invested in TCN? to improve customer service capabilities, and give the dealerships reliable, high quality communications and business analytics to become more efficient.
