Set Guinness World Record™ for longest distance travelled by EV on single charge

Description of Challenge

webCG drove an "EQS," Mercedes-Benz's top-of-the-line EV, and measured the distance travelled until the automobile's battery became depleted from a fully-charged state. The company sought to surpass the previous record for longest distance travelled (949 km) and reach the major milestone of over 1,000 km travelled.

The longest journey by an electric car on a single charge is 1,045 km (649 mi 1,742 ft) and was achieved by webCG Inc. (Japan) in a Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ in Japan on 19 June 2025.
