Celigo Launches AI-Driven Features to Simplify Integration for Non-Technical Users

Celigo, a leading integration platform as a service company (iPaaS), announced today the launch of new AI-powered features designed to help less technical users speed up building integrations of any complexity. This release is highlighted by the introduction of the Knowledge Bot and enhanced discoverability using natural language search. It also includes several new connectors that expand integration capabilities across various categories.

The new Knowledge Bot is integrated directly into the Celigo user interface, providing real-time, contextual support to users. This AI-driven chat tool responds with summaries of information and links to detailed knowledge base articles, facilitating a smoother and more efficient workflow. The Knowledge Bot is designed to significantly reduce the learning curve for new users and enhance productivity by offering immediate assistance.

A major enhancement in this release is the use of natural language search to help drive greater discoverability and reuse of existing integration resources. Users can describe their integration needs in simple language, and the platform intelligently presents the most suitable flow step options from both existing workflows and the Celigo Marketplace. This AI-driven search capability is designed to reduce the effort and time involved in finding and utilizing the right integration resources.

The release introduces a variety of new connectors including:

  • POS/Payment Gateways: New connectors for Toast, Corrigo Enterprise, Revel, and Adyen (released in April) streamline sales and financial transactions.
  • Marketplace: Integration capabilities are expanded with connectors like SparkLayer, Zalando, Otto, NewStore, and SAP Commerce Cloud to enhance e-commerce operations.
  • Sales and Marketing: New connectors for Lusha, RollWorks, Cgnism, Clari, PhoneBurner, and Salesloft facilitate better data synchronization and customer relationship management across sales and marketing platforms.

"These new features represent a significant advancement in our mission to democratize integration of all types," said Matt Graney, Chief Product Officer at Celigo. "By harnessing the power of AI and expanding our connector library, we're enabling organizations of all sizes to tackle integration challenges head-on by lowering the barrier to entry for all users. Our focus remains on empowering users to streamline their operational processes so they can dedicate more resources to strategic growth."

Celigo is committed to continuous innovation and to providing solutions that not only meet current user needs but also anticipate future integration trends. The new features and connectors are available today and included in all Platform tiers. Current users can explore these enhancements directly within their existing platform subscription.
