Offering commuter benefits enable companies to meet the needs of their employees, as 58% of employees believe their employers should pay for their commute and meals at work according to a recent Newsweek poll. Overall, commuting is unpopular, as 40% of Americans would rather clean their toilet than commute to the office, according to a report by RingCentral.
