STACK Infrastructure Announces the Issuance of $290M in Third Structured Debt Financing of 2023
DENVER, Nov. 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STACK Infrastructure (“STACK”), the digital infrastructure partner to the world’s most innovative companies and a leading global developer and operator of data centers, today announced the issuance of $290 million in securitized notes (the “Notes”) at a fixed interest rate coupon of 5.900%. This marks STACK’s third such transaction of 2023 and seventh since 2019. STACK has cumulatively raised $2.59 billion in Notes, rated “A-” by Standard & Poor’s, via its master trust program.
