Sifo brings a wealth of experience to the board with more than 20 years of human resources and business leadership experience at several high-growth companies in essential industries with frontline workforces. Currently the EVP and CHRO at Host Hotels & Resorts, Sifo's expertise reaches beyond human resources and into sales and operations, where she has cultivated a deep knowledge of employee engagement, talent management, and organizational culture. Her insight proves invaluable as Compt continues to scale its operations and support more global clients across all industries. Sifo is a member of the Gartner Atlanta CHRO Governing Board and serves on the board of 21st Century Leaders, a nonprofit that connects, transforms, and inspires high school students.
