Dialpad Honors 2022 Partner Program Award Recipients, Recognizing Their Contributions to Company-Wide Growth


Dialpad, the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform, today announced the recipients of its second annual Partner Program Awards. Recipients are among Dialpad's leading partners who play a vital role in the company's growth to-date, and future ahead, as the company propels the industry forward to harness the benefits of Ai for instant deployment, infinite scale and ultimate flexibility.

Dialpad celebrates the winners in the following categories:

Dialpad's channel momentum in the last fiscal year is underscored by:

  • Overall Growth: Dialpad saw 102% increase in new logo channel bookings and 105% closed-won opportunities increase YoY.
  • Program Expansion: Dialpad YoY growth increased in all markets. Specifically, North America saw 95% growth and international growth increased by 268%.
  • Award Wins: The Dialpad channel program received a total of seven industry accolades in 2022 alone. Mike Kane, SVP Global Partner Sales, was included in both the CRN Channel Chiefs and Channel Futures' Channel Leaders lists. Kane was also named a finalist for UC Channel's Person of the Year. Additionally, three Dialpad Channel Leaders were named to CRN's 2022 Women of the Channel List, including Ally Murtlow and Kaitlin Boughton.

This year, Dialpad introduced a new category, Wireless Provider Partner of the Year. This title celebrates providers that exemplify speed and reliability of service, and those who are dedicated to the future of Ai-powered cloud communications. As a result of Dalpad and T-Mobile's partnership growing 190% year-over-year, the company earned the inaugural title for the category.

Dialpad recognizes Google Cloud as Technology Partner of the Year for its expanded strategic partnership in centralizing business communications and ease of transition to hybrid work. Google Cloud also added Dialpad as a Chrome Enterprise Recommended Partner for both cloud communications and contact center solutions, further elevating its position as a catalyst of agent conversation and productivity.
