(OTC Pink: IMUN) ("Immune" or "IMUN"), a specialty pharmaceutical company involved in the acquisition, development and commercialization of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products that have a short and well-defined path to market, today announced the majority of its stockholders have approved a name change to Biostax Corp. as detailed in the Form PRE 14C that was filed with the SEC yesterday, February 28, 2023.
