Prominent Financial Expert Herb Engert Joins CrossCountry Consulting's Board of AdvisorsCrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced that private equity subject matter expert Herb Engert has joined the firm's Board of Advisors. Engert has more than three decades of experience working with private and public companies on a broad range of corporate deals and advising on all aspects of capital strategy, including preserving, optimizing, raising, and investing. As a former Managing Partner of EY's New York office and Global Private Equity Leader, he brings significant expertise in working with private equity-backed companies, helping to position them for exit through IPO or mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and employing value creation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
