As automotie E/E architecture evolves from the distributed to the centralized, large computing power chips are mounted on vehicles and some domain controller functions have been integrated, for example, the integration of vehicle control unit (VCU), body control module (BCM), and some gateway functions, and even the fusion of driving, cockpit and body domains.
